1 16 oz. softened cream cheese
1 4 oz. can chopped green chile
1 4 oz. can diced jalapeno peppers
1 4 oz. can diced black olives
1 4 oz. jar chopped red pimentos
3 tbsp. diced green onions
1 dozen four tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, chile, jalapenos, olives, pimentos, and onions. Spread a layer of the cheese mixture evenly over a tortilla. Roll tortilla into a log. Repeat for all the cheese and tortillas. Refrigerate overnight. Then slice the logs into bite size pieces (3/4 inch) or wider if desired.
If you can find Bueno brand frozen green chiles in your grocer's freezer section, those are best- be sure to drain them well.
