1 ½ pound of ground beef
½ Cup water
1 bottle chili sauce
6 oz grape jelly
1 egg
½ cup of bread crumbs
2 tables spoons of lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef with eggs, bread crumbs and water. In a deep 3 quart casserole dish combine chili sauce, grape jelly, and lemon juice. Shape meat into small balls and place into the sauce and bake at 350 degrees for minutes. Skim the fat off of them and bake for another 10 minutes.
