2lbs. deer steaks
Tenderizer
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle tenderizer on the steaks. Beat the steaks with tenderizer mallet. Mix the eggs and milk together. Season the flour with your favorite seasonings. Dip meat into eggs and milk then roll it in the flour. Put it in the skillet with little oil and fry until done. Bleeding will stop when the meat is done.
