2 eggs (separated)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c lemon juice
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
3 tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. Add milk, then lemon juice and lemon peel. Stir until thick.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add 3 tbsp sugar. Fold into lemon mixture. Pour over crust in ice cube tray or other dish. Top with some crumbs & freeze until firm.

For the crust, mix these ingredients and line tray or dish:
3/4 c corn flake crumbs or graham crackers,
2 tbsp sugar, &
1/4 c melted butter or margarine.
