2 lbs. fresh broccoli
1 pint sour cream
12 chicken breasts (halves)
1 pkg onion soup mix (1 1/4 oz)
4 T. butter
1 c. cream, whipped
salt and pepper
1/4 c. parmesan cheese

350º, 20 minutes - serves 6-8

Clean and steam broccoli until tender-crisp. Place in a large buttered baking dish (it may take two). Skin and bone chicken. Heat butter in a large skillet until golden; brown chicken chunks. Season to taste with salt and pepper and cook on low until tender. Remove from pan and set aside. Combine sour cream, soup, and pan juices. Pour half over broccoli. Add whipped cream to sour cream mix. Add chicken chunks to casserole and top with this cream mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan.
