4 chicken breasts cooked & shredded
1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
1 24 oz can pinto beans
1 14 oz can petite diced tomatoes (undrained)
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1/2 lb regular Velveeta (cubed)

Directions:

Cook chicken breasts and shred or break into small pieces. Add all other ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low for 3-4 hours. Serve with tortilla chips. Original recipe called for 1 lb of Velveeta. I cut it in half, but you can add more as desired.
