1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 c. diced fully cooked ham
1 T. minced fresh basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 T. butter
1 package (10 oz.) frozen mixed veggies
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ham, basil and garlic powder in butter for 5 minutes. Add veggies, cook til tender, stirring occasionally. Drain macaroni and add to veggies. Stir in sour cream and 1/4 cup cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, cover, and let stand til cheese has melted.
