2 lbs. froz. hashbrowns
1 cream of chicken or celery soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 C. cheddar cheese grated
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 11x14 pan
Bake about 45 minutes
(until brown on top).

May stir halfway through for crispier results.

Great with ham, salad, rolls. This is the equivalent to Funeral Potatoes, but doesn't use Velveeta Cheese.
