1 c. margarine (1/2 butter if you have)
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 c. oatmeal (I like the Quick)
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. butterscotch chips, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla and blend well. Mix together the flour, salt and soda and stir into wet ingredients. Add oatmeal, nuts and chips and stir. Roll into balls and bake on greased cookie sheet at 350º.
