Pork (or beef) roast
1 clove garlic, sliced
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
250º, 10 hours - Put roast on large heavy tin foil in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cut slits in thawed roast and place garlic slices in slits. Salt and pepper roast if desired. Pour Worcestershire sauce over meat and then 1 can mushroom soup. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over next. Pull up tin foil around edges and seal tightly, leaving space around sides and top.
