1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 envelope taco seasoning
1/2 c. water
1 can refried beans
1 1/4 c. water
1 1/4 c. salsa
1 c. sour cream
1 small can sliced black olives
2 c. monterey jack cheese
uncooked lasagna noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion. Add taco seasoning and 1/2 c. water. Simmer for 5 min. Grease 9x13 baking pan. Make the following layers: noodles, beef, cheese, noodles, beans, sour cream, olives, noodles, remaining cheese, beef. Combine water and salsa. Pour over all. Bake covered at 350º for 1 hr.

I always like to sprinkle a little more cheese over the top before baking.
