3 Tilapia filets
1/2 cup finely crushed garlic flavored croutons
melted butter
2 tbs Parmesan cheese
1 tbs Kosher salt
1 tbs black pepper
1 tbs cayenne pepper (I only use 1 tsp)
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cayenne, salt, croutons, cheese and pepper- set aside
Coat filets with melted butter - lightly coat both sides in cheese mixture - Let rest 2 to 3 minutes
Dip Tilapia in olive oil
Place on baking pan 400 degree for 12 minutes
