1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 1b. chorizo
1 onion chopped
salt & Tobasco to taste
2 cans refried beans
4 oz. green chilies diced
sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 cup taco sauce
sour cream
green onions
sliced olives

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and chorizo. Add onion. Discard fat. Season with salt and Tobasco.
Spread refried beans in a shallow 10 X 15 pan.
Top evenly with meat mixture.
Sprinkle with green chilies.
Cover evenly with cheese.
Drizzle with taco sauce.
Cover and chill.
Bake uncovered in 400º oven for 25 minutes.
Garnish with sour cream, green onions and olives.
Serve with tortilla chips
