2 lbs. chicken thighs
2 Tbsp honey
3/4 cup shoyu (soy sauce)
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 piece ginger (1 inch) crushed
3 cloves garlic crushed

Directions:

Bring sauce to boil. Add chicken. Cover and cook 30 minutes. Remove cover and simmer 15 minutes.
