8 medium potatos ( 2 1/2 pounds)
6 slices bacon
1 medium onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon celery seed
Dash of pepper
1 C water
1/3 C vinegar

Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes (Cuisinart), cook in boiling salt water for 5 to 7 mintues or until tender; drain.
Meanwhile cook bacon until crisp; drain, reserving 1/4 cup drippings. Crumble bacon; set aside. Chop onions in Cuisinart with on-off turns until chopped; cook onion in the reserving drippings until tender. Blend in flour and next four ingredients. Add water and vinegar; cook and stir until thickened, add potatos and bacon; stir gently to coat. Heat about 5 minutes.
