8 oz. kosher salt
4 oz.Japanese red pepper seasoning
1 oz granulated sugar
1/2# edamame beans (in pods)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 7 cups water and add edamame bring to a boil cook 5-10 minutes. Drain and sprinkle well with the seasoning. Serve warm or cold. To eat you put one end of pod in your mouth and keeping teeth nearly together you pull the pod leaving the seeds in your mouth. ENJOY
