½ cup butter or margarine
½ cup oil
1 1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ cup milk
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 1/2 cups grated peeled zucchini (do not squeeze juice from zucchini)
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Combine milk and vinegar to create sour milk, set aside to curdle.
Cream butter, sugar & eggs.
Add oil and beat.
Add sour milk and mix well.
Add cocoa, baking powder & baking soda and mix well.
Add grated zucchini and juice
Add flour and mix well.

Grease and flour baking pan.
Bake 60 minutes or until a knife comes out of the centre clean.
