1 cup white sugar
½ cup margarine
2 eggs
1 cup bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon baking soda (mixed into mashed bananas)
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons milk
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix all ingredients together with beaters for 2 minutes or until all is blended. Put in a 9X9 pan ( or a bundt pan works well) and bake for 30 minutes or until a cake tester can be inserted into the centre of the cake and come out clean.
