1 log of goat cheese
1/4 cup good quality EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
1/8 cup good quality balsamic vinegar
Mixed herbs, fresh or dry – basil, oregano, thyme
Salt and fresh ground pepper
Crackers, sliced toasted bagels, or fresh bread

Directions:
Directions:
Place log in a dish that is 2X the size of the log of cheese.
Pour olive oil over the cheese, followed by the balsamic vinegar
Sprinkle herbs, salt and pepper

Serve with a selection of crackers, or fresh bread
