1 bag of pizza dough
Olive oil
Tomato sauce
Pesto sauce
Grated mozzarella
Grated parmiggiano

Preheat oven to at 375º
Take the pizza dough and flatten slightly. Cut in half, then half again.
Cut until you have 24 pieces of dough, relatively even. In 2 muffin tins, add a ½ tsp olive oil into each cup. Put a piece of dough, turn over so that oil is on both sides. Let rise for 1-2 hours. Put 1 tsp of tomato sauce on the dough. Put a ¼ tsp of pesto in the middle of the dough. Poke the dough 3-4 times with a fork. Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmiggiano cheeses. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool and remove. Serve hot or cold.

Also very nice sliced in half, and filled with prosciutto or ham.
