1 c. UNSALTED butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg. Add vanilla and almond. Mix flour and salt and add to wet mixture. Wrap and let chill for about 30 min. in fridge before rolling out.
Bake at 350º for about 10 min.

If you are using salted butter than omit the 1/4 tsp. salt.
