4 frozen Rock Cornish Game Hens
4 tbsp Butter or Margarine
1 can Frozen Concentrated Orange Juice
3/4 cup Water
2 tbsp Bottled Steak Sauce
2 tbsp Honey
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Cut hens in half with poultry or kitchen shears
In a large skillet (with a cover), brown split hens, part at a time in butter. When browned remove hens from pan and keep warm while sauce is being made.
Stir remaining ingredients into skillet, while heating scrape pan to loosen cooked juices from hens. Heat until bubbling, return hens to skillet, reduce heat and cover.
Simmer, basting hens several times with sauce, for about 1 hour or until hens are tender with pierced with a fork.
