Vanilla wafer or graham cracker crust
2 cans of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (*caramelized)
2 – 3 bananas
Whipped cream
Shaved chocolate, drizzled chocolate sauce, or cinnamon sugar for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
1. *Place the Unopened cans of condensed milk (don't open the can!) in a saucepan and cover with water. (*TIP: You may prepare extra ones for use at a later time.)

Bring the water to the boil then reduce slightly and let the can boil covered for 2 1/2 or 3 hours. Make sure to keep cans covered with water.

IMPORTANT- Don't ever let the saucepan boil dry.

Keep checking up on it and adding water if necessary.

Place cans in cool water for about 10-15 minutes, and then open carefully.

2. Cover bottom of crust with generous layer of caramel.
3. Slice bananas to cover caramel with 1/2 – ¾” layer
4. Cover bananas with another layer of caramel.
5. Layer bananas.
6. Cover bananas with caramel.
7. Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate, chocolate sauce or cinnamon sugar. (Use your imagination!)
