3 cups hot mashed turnip
3 tbsp butter
2 eggs,beaten
3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tap pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine turnip,butter and eggs. Add flour,brown sugar,baking powder,pepper and salt. Mix well, turn into buttered baking dish. Top with buttered breadcrumbs. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. May be frozen,thawed and then baked.
