4 egg yolks
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. cream or Half & Half

Directions:
Cook very slowly as sauce will curdle or burn. When spoon coats, remove the sauce from burner. Keep in jars. To warm up later, place jar in boiling water.
