1 egg
1/2 c flour
1 T sugar
1 T salad oil
1/2 c milk
powder sugar
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil. Beat eggs slightly and add remaining ingredients. Beat till smooth. Strain batter. Heat rosette iron in oil. Dip hot iron in to batter. Cover iron 2/3 full. Dip into hot oil. Fry till brown. Try to remove pretzel from iron early. Drain on paper towel and sprinkle with powder sugar.
