1 c. Sugar
8 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cayenne
4 egg whites
10 c. Whole Peacans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients.
Beat egg whites until frothy with stiff peaks. Coat the Peacans with egg whites and then sugar mixture.
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Stir and cook another 15 minutes or until dry looking.
