1 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup diced green scallions
1/2 cup jalapeņo peppers, sliced tiny*
2 cups thinly shredded cheddar cheese*

*or use pepper jack cheese

1 10 pack of 6" or 8" flour tortillas

Salsa for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, scallions and peppers. Spread over each tortilla. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over 8 tortillas. Stack two piles 4 high. For each stack take the remaining tortilla and flip to finish off the stack (2 stacks, 5 high). Wrap each stack separately with saran wrap and put in refrigerator. Make at least 3 hours before serving or the day before.

To serve, cut each stack into 8 wedges.
