Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pie shell, cooked
3 ripe bananas
½ cup sugar
4 tbsp corn starch
¼ tsp salt
2 cup whole milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp butter
½ tsp vanilla
¾ cup dessert whipped topping
2 tbsp icing sugar, sifted

Directions:
Directions:
Bake your pie shell and let cool completely. Beat eggs in a bowl. On top of stove, mix sugar, starch & salt. On medium heat, stirring constantly, gradually add milk until thick and smooth. Take the beaten eggs and add a small amount of hot mixture into eggs and stir. Repeat. This is so eggs don't curdle in hot milk.

Gradually pour the egg mixture into the hot milk and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and add butter & vanilla and let cool.

Spread a small amount cooled cream filling on bottom of pie shell, then slice 2 bananas over the cream mixture. Pour the rest of the cream mixture over the bananas.

In a bowl, fold in the dessert topping and icing sugar. Put this on top of the cream mixture and garnish with sliced bananas.
