2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread mix,
2/3 cup milk,
1 stick of butter
2 eggs
1 cup of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Take the stick of butter and melt it in the oven at 400 degrees in a Pyrex dish or a large black well seasoned skillet that you plan to serve the cornbread in. Do not let the butter burn. Mix all the other ingredients . Take the dish or skillet out of the oven and roll the butter around so the sides of the skillet/dish are also buttered. Pour in the cornbread mixture and return to oven to continue baking. Remove when the top is firm and it is starting to brown.
