1 - 1½ lbs lean ground beef
1 large onion, diced
1 - 28 oz can red kidney beans
1 - 28 oz cans diced tomatoes
1 - 11 oz can tomato paste
¼ cup pickled jalepeno peppers, diced
4 - 6 shakes Tobasco
2 tbsp. cumin
1 tbsp. chili powder
½ tsp. crushed red pepers (optional)
1 tsp. each salt, pepper and sugar

Directions:
In a large pot brown meat. Put meat aside. Drain fat but keep enough to brown the onions. Saute onions until just tender. Return meat to the pot and add in the kidney beans, paste, tomatoes and spices. Add 1 paste can of water and stir. Let simmer for 60 to 90 minutes. Stir occasionally.
