2 – uncooked 9" pastry pie shells
4 cups blueberries (frozen or fresh)
¾ white sugar
3 tbsp flour
Pinch of salt
Dots of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°. Mix sugar, flour and salt in a small bowl. Make sure blueberries are clean and dry. Drain well if frozen. Place half the berries in the pastry and spread sugar mixture over berries and repeat with the rest. Put 6 or 7 dots of butter on top. Place pastry shell on top. Pinch edges and prick holes in top of pastry. Bake 10 minutes at 425°. Reduce heat to 350° and finishing baking for 50 to 60 minutes or until golden and bubbling. Use a glass pie plate.
