1 lb ground pork
½ tsp salt
1/3 c soy sauce
1 quart chopped celery
1 16 oz can of chow mein veggies
1 c chopped onion
1 quart water
1 ½ tsp chicken base
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp Kitchen Bouquet
1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 1 c water
Cooked rice
Chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork and onions and put in large pot. Add all other ingredients except the cornstarch dissolved in water, rice, and chow mein noodles. Simmer for a while and add the cornstarch to thicken.
Serve over rice and top with chow mein noodles.
