˝ Cup Butter
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add sugar and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. Add flour and nuts. Mix well. Pinch off pieces about the size of hickory nuts. Roll into ball. Bake at 300 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Test by breaking one ball open. If it crumbles, bake a little longer. Roll twice in powdered sugar while hot.
