2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 2 large cans tomato sauce
- 2 cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 can hominy
- 2 cans pinto beans
- 1 pkg taco seasoning
- 1 pkg Ranch dressing mix
- shredded cheese
- sour cream
- corn chips (Frito's or Tostidos both work great)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion together, then drain.
Mix all ingredients in large pot.
Bring to boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat to low-medium.
Let soup simmer for 30-45 minutes, stirring frequently.
Serve with cheese and sour cream to taste.
Crumble corn chips on top, or use chips to scoop and eat.
