188 - No.10 cans kidney beans
94 pounds onions
47 – No.10 cans tomatoes
4 gallons tomato puree
12 pounds flour
32 pounds chili powder
2 pound garlic puree
1 pound paprika
14 ounces black pepper
194 gallons water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef. Add remaining ingredients, except the flour and water, and simmer 1½ hours. Mix flour and water and add to chili to thicken.
