1 lb. brussel sprouts
1 T. olive oil
1/2 T. balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 T. parmesan cheese
1 T. pine nuts
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º F. Trim brussel sprouts and quarter. Mix with oil and vinegar. Spray roasting pan. Arrange brussel sprouts in a single layer. Roast for 20 minutes until slightly crisp and browned. Toast pine nuts in a dry pan for 2-3 minutes-do not overcook. Toss brussel sprouts with parmesan cheese, nuts, salt and pepper. Serve.
