1 bag (10 oz.) mixed salad greens
2 cans (11 oz. each) mandarin orange segments, drained, or
2-4 oranges, sectioned
8 oz. crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
1 c. thinly sliced red onion
1 c. pecan halves, toasted
1/2 c. Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing ( I use the light version)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon and set aside.
Roast the pecans in the oven for 2-3 minutes or until they are done.

Prepare oranges by peeling so no white pith remains, then cut into sections and put in a bowl. (or use the canned mandarin oranges). Add the mixed greens, bacon, onion and pecans.
Pour the vinaigrette dressing over all and toss.
