2 calabisitas verdes
1 tasa de aceite de freir
3 tasas de arina blanca
3 cucharaditas de royal
1 pisca de carbonato
1 pisca de sal
1 taza de azucar
pasas o nues al gusto

3 eggs
2 zucchinis
1 C oil
3 C white flour
3 Tsp Baking Powder
1 pinch baking soda
1 pinch Salt
1 C sugar
Raisins or nuts to taste

Se licúan las calabasas. El aceite, la azúcar y los huevos se baten en seco con la harina en un sartén y se le agrega el Royal, carbonato y la sal y se le agrega y revuelve la calabacita.
Hornear a 350º hasta que esté completamente cocido.


Purée the zucchini in a blender. Mix oil, sugar, and eggs. Mix this with the flour in a bowl and add baking powder and salt. Now mix in the zucchini and pureé until there are no lumps. Bake in oven at 350º until done.
