1/2 C butter
1 C sugar
3 eggs
2 3/4 C flour
1 1/2 t baking powder
1 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
2 C sliced peaches
3 T orange juice concentrate
1 t vanilla
1 1/2 t cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs 1 at a time. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Alternately add floour mixture to butter mixture w/ sliced peaches. Beginning and ending w/ flour. Stir in orange juice concentrate and vanilla. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake 350º - 1 hr. Cool 10 min. - remove.
