2 cups yellow squash, cut, boiled
½ tsp. garlic salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed saltine crackers
1 cup milk
2 eggs
½ stick butter , cut into small cubes
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash, drain all water and place in round casserole dish. Add butter and cheese to melt. Then add rest of ingredients, stirring to mix. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Top with a few more cracker crumbs and bake for 10 minutes longer or until browning is noted.
