Crust:
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter

Filling:
3 large packages cream cheese
4 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sugar

Topping:
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Crust:
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 375º for 5 minutes. Cool completely.

Filling:
In a mixer, cream all of the ingredients together, adding the eggs one at a time and beating for one minute after each. Mix until very smooth.
Pour onto graham cracker crust. Bake 30 minutes at 375º. Remove from oven and let stand 20 minutes at room temperature.

Topping:
Combine ingredients and pour on top of cheesecake. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. Best to serve next day.
