Prepare 2 loaf pans with pan spray and parchment paper. Pre-heat oven to 350.

3 cups Sugar
1 cup Vegetable Oil
Mix sugar and oil together with mixer. Add eggs one at a time. Mix well.
4 large eggs

3 ½ cups All Purpose flour
2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1 ½ teaspoons salt

Combine all dry ingredients together and mix well
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Nutmeg

2/3 cups water
1 15oz Can Solid Pack Pumpkin

Topping:
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Mix together dry ingredients and cut in butter
½ cup oats
4 Tablespoons flour
4 Tablespoons Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Add flour mixture to wet mixture a third at a time with water until combined.
Fold in pumpkin. Pour into prepared pans. Add topping before baking.
Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Try not to over bake.
Cool and wait day before cutting.
