1 medium chicken or 4 breasts
1 can cream of celery or chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
2 cups water
1 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 package onion soup mix
Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup, water, rice. Pour in baking dish. Arrange chicken on top. Sprinkle with onion soup. Cover with foil. Bake 2 ½ hours at 350.
