4 sm or 3 lg heads cauliflower
2-1/2 c mayo
¾ c sour cream
Light cream
1 – 3-1/2 oz jar Dijon
2 T chopped parsley
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Break cauliflower into florets. Cook in boiling salted water for 7 minutes. Drain and ice bath. Combine remaining ingredients as sauce. Add cauliflower, chill overnight. Serve on lettuce leaves. Serves 12 ok.
