1 lb. frozen hash browns, cooked and browned
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup (I usually use a little more)
1 doz eggs, scrambled (cooked moist and soft)
1 can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
Salt, pepper, and onion (season)
3/4 shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. pork sausage, fried, drained, and crumbled
3/4 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

After all ingredients are prepared, assemble in layers in following order in 9x13 pan: Hash browns, eggs, sausage, soup, mushrooms, cheese, bacon. Cover with foil and refregerate for 1 hour or up to 2 days. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350 until cheese melts and casserole is heated through.

It can be frozen before baking. Just increase baking time and check to insure it has heated completely
