1 box vermicelli noodles
1/2 to 1 c. mushrooms
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 large chicken breasts
2 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan Cheese
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook and drain vermicelli noodles. Spray 9x13 dish with Pam. Mix together mushroom soup, sour cream, mushrooms, chopped chicken, and 1/2 of cheeses, and noodles. Pour into 9x13 pan. Top wiht remaining cheese and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 40 minutes at 350
