First Layer
Mix:
1 box Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 stick of butter

Pat into a 13x9 inch greased pan

Top Layer
Mix:
8 oz. of cream cheese, softened
1 box of 10x powdered sugar
2 eggs, beaten

Mix well and pour over cake mixture layer.

Bake 1 hour 300 degrees
