18-20oz package of cheese tortellini (frozen Publix or Buitoni brand work well)
28oz chicken broth
28oz can of tomato with basil, garlic and oregano undrained
2cups water
4 tablespoons tomato paste
2 zucchini, chopped
2 teaspoons dried sage
Salt and Pepper to taste
Shredded mozzarella or Italian cheese

Directions:
In a large pot, mix all ingredients, including zucchini, for about 30 minutes. When the zucchini is soft, add the tortellini and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes.
Top your bowl of soup with shredded cheese and ENJOY 
