Large fish, flounder, shad, drum 1 Tbsp flour
butter 1 Tbsp chopped onions

Sauce: 2 Tbsp melted butter 2 Tbsp flour
4 Tbsp catsup 1/2 cup water
Dash tabasco and worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Salt fish and put in shallow pan and sprinkle with flour and dot with butter. Pour chopped onions cooked in 1/2 cup water for 1 minute over fish. Bake at 500º til browning. Reduce to 425º for a total of 20 minutes.
Stir sauce ingredients and pour over fish for last five minutes of cooking.
